Twice a year, our Modus Milers cycling team embarks on fundraising journeys, whether on the open road or stationary bikes, to raise funds for Cycle for Survival and Bike to the Beach. These efforts are dedicated to supporting important causes within our community, including combating rare cancer and raising awareness about autism.
Through Feed the Fridge, we’re proud to support local restaurants while fighting hunger in our communities by providing fresh, healthy meals to those in need at more than two dozen locations across the D.C. metro area.
DEI is strongly integrated into the culture at Modus. We train and educate our leaders and colleagues on DEI to create a shared language and understanding, ensuring our team members have the knowledge and skills to create and maintain a safe and inclusive culture. We have established an inclusive recruitment and development process, implementing tools to minimize bias and provide an objective criterion for hiring and promotion decisions. We also provide all colleagues with resources to support their mental and physical well-being, ensuring they are treated as unique individuals with interests outside of work.
